Community Day Recap

Community Day was a huge success! I have so many people to thank for helping making this a great event! First and foremost, I’d like to thank Dan and Jeannie Williams for all their hard work securing donations. This event would have not been possible without their hard work.

Grillin’ and Chillin’ at the Community Picnic

Based on a scientific study of how many hamburgers and hot dogs were eaten, we estimate that approximately 150-200 of our neighbors attended the event. It was a ball to see the neighborhood’s children laughing and playing in the field, climbing on the fire truck and mingling with friends and neighbors.
The Fire Department’s Recruiting Efforts were Successful

Thank you to everyone that helped and attended!! I’ll keep you posted on the next event!

Wow-sure wished we could have been there! Now that looks like community! (But my son did earn his ‘Black Belt’ on a positive note! Proud Daddy talking) I am so glad to see Sangaree doing stuff like this. Hope to many more!
